Tempere o frango com antecedência de mais ou menos 1 hs. Em uma panela grande refogue no óleo o alho e acrescente o frango. 

Season the chicken about 1 hour in advance. In a large pan, sauté the garlic in oil and add the chicken.

Refogue o frango até que esteja dourado, adicione acebola picada e continue refogando. Acrescente as batatas cortadas em quatro, acerte o sal e cozinhe até q as batatas estejam cozidas. Finalize com cheiro verde 


Saute chicken until golden, add chopped onion and continue to sauté. Add the potatoes cut in four, adjust the salt and cook until the potatoes are cooked. Finish with green smell
