- Alcohol Vinegar to taste
- Minced garlic2 tablespoon
- English Potato4 unit(s)
- Garlic Sauce to taste
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Place the thighs in a bowl and soak in vinegar for 5 minutes.
- Then wash them and add the orange juice, garlic, garlic sauce, salt and smoked paprika. Cover the bowl and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- In a refractory, place the potatoes cut into slices, covering the entire bottom. Add salt and oil to taste.
- Place the thighs under the potatoes and bake at 180° for about 40 minutes.
