  • Chicken breast cut into strips300 g
  • Heart of palm sliced in slices3 unit(s)
  • Sliced Canned Mushrooms5 unit(s)
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Chopped Onion1/2 cup
  • Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
  • Fresh peas1/4 cup
  • Tomato sauce1/2 cup
  • Hot water3/4 cup
  • Dijon mustard1 teaspoon
  • Chopped Parsley1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1 dessert spoon
  • Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
  1. In a pan heat the oil and butter and brown the chicken well, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and sauté. Add paprika, mustard, tomato sauce, water, salt and cook for about 7 minutes.
  3. Add the hearts of palm, mushrooms, peas, mix and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add the cream and parsley, mix and when it starts to boil turn off the heat. Serve immediately.
