Pre-cooked rice (can be leftovers), chopped turkey breast and diced or grated mozzarella.2 cup
Garlic, onion, pepper, chopped tomato to taste
Saffron, black pepper, Bahia seasoning, spicy paprika, oregano, salt to taste
Oil2 tablespoon
Chopped cilantro or parsley to taste

Saute onion, garlic, pepper, bay leaf and tomato in oil
Add the chopped turkey breast and shredded chicken, the green smell (I used cilantro) and sauté for 3 minutes
Add the rice, add 2 cups of boiling water and the salt
When the water evaporates, cover the pan and lower the heat, let it cook for another 5 minutes.
Place on a platter, add the mozzarella, sprinkle with oregano, bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 15 minutes.
