- Large chicken breast fillet3 unit(s)
- Wheat Flour1/2 cup
- Unsweetened corn flakes1.5 cup
- Black Sesame1 teaspoon
- Small lemon squeezed1 unit(s)
- Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
- Curry Powder1 teaspoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Season the chicken fillets with lemon, garlic, pepper and salt. Reserve.
- In a container add the coarsely broken corn flakes and mix the sesame, paprika, curry and salt. Reserve.
- Crack the egg into a bowl and beat it well with a fork. Reserve.
- In another container put the wheat. Reserve.
- Bread the chicken fillets in the wheat, then dip in the beaten egg and then bread in the mixture of seasoned corn flakes.
- Place the fillets to bake in the Airfryer for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 180ÂșC. Check if they are very crispy and serve next.
