Tempere o drumet com alho, limão, orégano, pimenta do reino, sazon e sal, deixe reservado 

Season the drumet with garlic, lemon, oregano, black pepper, sazon and salt, set aside

Em uma panela com óleo doure a cebola até que fique bem moreninha, em seguida acrescente o frango misture bem, tampe a panela e deixe cozinhar, e vai virando de vez em quando 

In a pan with oil, brown the onion until it becomes brown, then add the chicken, mix well, cover the pan and let it cook, turning occasionally.

Deixa a água ir secando que o frango vai ir fritando e ficando bem caramelizado, quando estiver bem seco retire do fogo e tá pronto 

Let the water dry and the chicken will fry and become well caramelized, when it is dry, remove it from the heat and it's ready.
