- Mayonnaise3 tablespoon
- In a pan add the oil and onion and let it brown.
- Add the chicken, the sazon, the tomato sauce, and the corn and mix well Let it sauté a little and turn off the heat and let it cool
- Once cool, add the mayonnaise and mix until the mayonnaise is fully combined with the chicken.
- Serves as a cheese bread filling too if desired.
