Tuscan sausage8 unit(s)
grated onion1 unit(s)
Cream cheese2 tablespoon
Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
Chopped Mozzarella200 g
Coriander or parsley to taste

Cook the sausages for 15 minutes and set aside. With the tip of the knife open the sausages, without reaching the end.
Mix the curd, tomato, cheese, parsley and olive oil and fill them. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and oregano if desired.
Place each sausage in the air fryer, let it brown for 15 minutes maximum.
Serve with fresh rice!
