  • Homemade tomato sauce or passata6 tablespoon
  • Seasoned Shredded Chicken6 tablespoon
  • Fresh Arugula Leaves to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  1. Start by washing the potatoes well, let's cook with the skin
  2. Cook the potatoes with the skin on in a pan with water and salt (one tablespoon) and a little bit of vinegar (this is for the potato not to fall apart), cook until they are very soft
  3. Wait for it to cool down and crush the potatoes with a glass until they are well crushed, place the potatoes in a mold that can go in the oven
  4. Put the tomato sauce on each potato à Murro, add the seasoned shredded chicken, sprinkle ground black pepper to taste and drizzle with olive oil
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes or until golden
  6. Serve with the arugula leaves to taste 😋
