Stuffed chicken polpetone, baked in the Air Fryer

Em um processador, adicione cebola, alho, pimenta do reino e cebolinha até formar uma pasta.
Em seguida adicione o peito de frango cortado em pedaços grandes, adicione sal e bata novamente, irá formar uma pasta grossa.

In a processor, add onion, garlic, black pepper and chives until you form a paste.
Then add the chicken breast cut into large pieces, add salt and beat again, it will form a thick paste.

Após, pegue a massa faça uma bola, achata ela e coloque queijo e presunto, faça mais uma bola achata e coloque em cima do recheio formando  um hambúrguer fino.

After, take the dough and make a ball, flatten it and put cheese and ham, make another flat ball and place it on top of the stuffing forming a thin hamburger.

Para empanadar: 
Bata o ovo, misture a farinha de trigo e o queijo ralado.
 Passe o polpetone no ovo, em seguida na farinha de rosca junto com queijo ralado.

To bread:
Beat the egg, mix the wheat flour and grated cheese.
 Dip the polpetone in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs along with the grated cheese.

Coloque na air fryer, e deixe assar por 8 minutos de um lado, vire e deixe assar por mais 8 minutos do outro lado.

Put it in the air fryer, and let it bake for 8 minutes on one side, turn and let it bake for another 8 minutes on the other side.
