- Chicken breast1/2 kg
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chives to taste
- Grated cheese to taste
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Breadcrumbs to taste
- Cheese to taste
- Ham to taste
- In a processor, add onion, garlic, black pepper and chives until you form a paste. Then add the chicken breast cut into large pieces, add salt and beat again, it will form a thick paste.
- After, take the dough and make a ball, flatten it and put cheese and ham, make another flat ball and place it on top of the stuffing forming a thin hamburger.
- To bread: Beat the egg, mix the wheat flour and grated cheese. Dip the polpetone in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs along with the grated cheese.
- Put it in the air fryer, and let it bake for 8 minutes on one side, turn and let it bake for another 8 minutes on the other side.
