  • Chicken breast1/2 kg
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Chives to taste
  • Grated cheese to taste
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Breadcrumbs to taste
  • Cheese to taste
  • Ham to taste
  1. In a processor, add onion, garlic, black pepper and chives until you form a paste. Then add the chicken breast cut into large pieces, add salt and beat again, it will form a thick paste.
  2. After, take the dough and make a ball, flatten it and put cheese and ham, make another flat ball and place it on top of the stuffing forming a thin hamburger.
  3. To bread: Beat the egg, mix the wheat flour and grated cheese. Dip the polpetone in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs along with the grated cheese.
  4. Put it in the air fryer, and let it bake for 8 minutes on one side, turn and let it bake for another 8 minutes on the other side.
