  • Chicken breast fillet1 kg
  • Lemon1/2 cup
  • Sliced ham100 g
  • Sliced Mozzarella Cheese100 g
  • Bacon slices10 unit(s)
  • Salt and pepper2 to taste
  1. Season the chicken (you can use chopped onion, garlic paste, herbs in addition to salt and pepper). Place the bacon slice under the seasoned chicken and put a slice of mozzarella and the ham. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Repeat the same with all the chicken fillets. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil (optional, but it can help to get less dirty, the cheese sticks a lot) and place the medallions. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 1h30min.
