  • thinly sliced chicken fillets6 unit(s)
  • Mustard1 tablespoon
  • Cheese slices3 unit(s)
  • Ham slices3 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Eggs for breading2 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour for breading to taste
  • Breadcrumbs for breading to taste
  • Oil for frying to taste
  1. Season the chicken fillets with the seasonings - garlic, salt, pepper, mustard and set aside
  2. Cut the slices of cheese and ham in half
  3. Take each fillet and place half of the slice of ham and half of the slice of mozzarella on top of it. Close the fillet (fold in half), pass well in wheat flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Squeeze the ends well so they don't open while frying.
  4. Heat the oil over medium heat and fry. Drain on paper towels and serve hot!
