  • Ready-made poultry seasoning (optional) to taste
  • Bacon100 g
  • Cheese150 g
  • Large red pepper1 unit(s)
  • Medium onion1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil4 teaspoon
  • Pepperoni and Salt to taste
  • Breadcrumbs for breading to taste
  1. Squeeze the lemon and dip the fillets in the juice Crush 4 cloves of garlic and season the fillets with them, pepper, salt and seasoning. Reserve. In a pan, fry the bacon, chopped into cubes, until golden. Add the chopped pepper, cover the pan, lower the heat and leave for 2 minutes. Add the chopped onion, mix and cook with the pan covered for another 3 minutes. Grate the cheese and add the mixture quickly. Turn off the heat and set aside. On a board, open a fillet and place 2 tablespoons of the red pepper sauce in the center. Close the fillet and secure with a cooking line or toothpicks. Coat the fillets to taste with the breadcrumbs Repeat the procedure with the other fillets. In a pan, heat the oil, place the chicken rolls and let them brown on both sides. Serve immediately
