  • Chicken1 unit(s)
  • Butter50 g
  • Chopped fresh sage1 tablespoon
  • Chopped fresh mushrooms4 unit(s)
  • Carrot cut into small cubes1/3 cup
  • Chopped Green Spice to taste
  • Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
  • Chopped broccoli1/2 cup
  • Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
  • Squeezed lemon1 unit(s)
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Aluminum foil to taste
  • Wooden toothpicks to taste
  1. Season the chicken with the lemon, garlic, salt and pepper and leave to marinate in the fridge overnight.
  2. In a container mix the carrot, broccoli, onion, mushroom and salt.
  3. Stuff the chicken with this mixture and close well with wooden toothpicks.
  4. Mix the softened butter and sage and with the help of a brush cover the whole chicken on the outside.
  5. Place the chicken on a baking sheet, cover with aluminum foil and place in a preheated oven at 200ÂșC for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the paper and increase the oven to 250ÂșC, bake until golden.
