Ingredients

  • Chicken breast | 1 kg
  • Chopped Onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Crushed garlic | 4 unit(s)
  • Black pepper |  to taste
  • Wheat Flour | 80 g
  • Panko flour | 250 g
  • Eggs | 2 unit(s)
  • Sun-dried tomato | 100 g
  • Spinach | 1 cup
  • Ricotta | 200 g

Recipe

  1. Open the chicken breast like a book using a very sharp knife.
  2. Season with the crushed garlic, salt and pepper and set aside.
  3. Stuff the chicken with spinach, ricotta and tomato.
  4. Close carefully with the help of toothpicks.
  5. Dip in flour, egg and panko flour
  6. Fry in hot oil.
