  • Chicken thighs and drumsticks400 g
  • Cassava Flour150 g
  • Zucchini1 unit(s)
  • Cabbage1/2 unit(s)
  • Cabbage Leaves6 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Crushed Garlic1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Tomato extract1 tablespoon
  • Salt, black pepper and paprika to taste
  1. I seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper and vinegar and left it marinating for 20 minutes. I put olive oil in a pan, when it was hot I added the chicken, browned well on both sides, added the garlic and fried it, lastly the onion, paprika and extract, added enough water to cover, covered the pan and cooked for 30 minutes .
  2. When the chicken was very soft, I added zucchini, cabbage and kale leaves, a little more water and left it in the fire for another 10 minutes.
  3. To make the pirão, I removed a part of the chicken broth, added the flour, mixed well and took it to the fire, stirring well until the flour was cooked.
