Chicken (I used thigh and drumstick)

Mayonnaise

Onion cream

Salt

Cayenne pepper

SPECIAL ROASTED CHICKEN

Misture todos os ingredientes e tempere o frango. Quanto mais tempo deixar no tempero, mais saboroso fica. Se for deixar no tempero, manter na geladeira.

Mix all the ingredients and season the chicken. The longer you leave it in seasoning, the tastier it gets. If you're going to leave it in seasoning, keep it in the fridge.

Assar no forno ou airfryer por 40 minutos a 160° e depois deixar dourar a 200°.

Bake in the oven or airfryer for 40 minutes at 160° and then let it brown at 200°.
