Chicken wing drumstick1 kg
Shoyu1/3 cup
Water3/4 cup
Sweet paprika1 tablespoon
Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
Small lemon squeezed1 unit(s)
Fresh Rosemary Leaves1 tablespoon
Sea Salt1 coffee spoon
Chopped Chili Pepper to taste

Mix all the ingredients in a container with the exception of the chicken drumsticks.
Add the drumsticks to the marinade, close the container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to absorb the seasoning well.
Bake the coxinhas in the oven, Airfryer or on the barbecue.
