Chicken heart500 g
Roasted Cassava Flour1/2 cup
soy sauce1/3 cup
grated ginger1 teaspoon
Minced garlic1 dessert spoon
Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
Fresh chopped marjoram to taste
Filtered water3 tablespoon
Wooden skewer for barbecue8 unit(s)

In a container mix the heart with the soy sauce, ginger, garlic, paprika, water and marjoram. Leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Moisten the sticks and wait for the hearts. Roast in the grill for about 10-15 minutes (until almost done), turning on its side a few times.
Remove from the grill, coat in cassava flour and return to the grill to finish roasting.
