  • Diced chicken150 g
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomato Extract2 tablespoon
  • Red wine100 ml
  • Pepper (colorful)100 g
  • cherry tomato50 g
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Water400 ml
  1. The first is to brown the chicken cubes in butter and set aside.
  2. Sauté the onion and add the tomato paste, the rice and saute well.
  3. Add the red wine, turn the chicken over and complete with 400ml of water
  4. Let it cook on medium heat until the water dries up.
  5. Sprinkle the diced peppers, cherry tomatoes and green smell and leave on low heat, covered for 5 minutes to finish
