  • Cooked and shredded chicken breast1 kg
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Head of crushed garlic1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil or oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato sauce packet1 unit(s)
  • Chopped bell pepper (I used yellow)1/2 unit(s)
  • Green smell to taste
  • Sour cream2 unit(s)
  • Tin of corn2 can(s)
  • Mozzarella cheese200 g
  • Straw Potato to taste
  • Sweet paprika or seasoning of your choice1 coffee spoon
  1. Cook the already cleaned chicken breast. I used water until covered, 1 tablespoon of salt, lemon, sweet paprika and lemon pepper. Shred by shaking the pressure cooker after cooking and removing the pressure. Save some of the cooking broth to add to the fricassee, if needed.
  2. Saute garlic and onion, add chicken, bell pepper, tomato sauce, adjust salt and seasoning.
  3. Make the corn cream in a blender, beating the corn, part of the cheese and the cream for 2 minutes.
  4. Put this cream over the chicken and stir. Put green smell, remaining cheese on top and top the skillet or pan for 1 min, the cheese will melt.
  5. Turn off the fire. Finish with straw potato.
