- Chicken fillet1 kg
- Wheat flour4 tablespoon
- Breadcrumbs4 tablespoon
- Tomato Extract1 can(s)
- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- Onion and garlic to taste
- Milk100 ml
- Salt to taste
- Season the chicken fillets according to your preference and add the milk.
- Mix the flours in a container and with the chicken moistened by the milk, coat the fillets
- With the hot oil in a frying pan, fry the breaded fillets
- Meanwhile, sauté the onion and garlic until golden, add the tomato paste and season to taste.
- On a platter, distribute the breaded fillets and place the mozzarella cheese on top, with the hot sauce distributed over everything.
- TIP* the sauce being very hot, it is not necessary to put it in the oven and it will keep the fillets crispy!
