- chicken breast400 kg
- Tomato sauce300 g
- Sour cream150 g
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 tablespoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Alfalfa leaves3 unit(s)
- Chopped green seasoning3 tablespoon
- Chicken Kynnor1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Clean and cut the chicken into small cubes, use a meat board, then place in a container and set aside. Then use the same meat board and cut the seasonings, tomato, onion, peppers and set aside.
- Use a pan and add the garlic, basil salt, pound everything with a pounder then add the oil, turn on the sauté fire, then add the chicken, and stir with a wooden spoon and sauté for a few minutes, add the kynnor and stir, then cover the chicken with water and cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the tomato sauce, stir for another 2 minutes, then turn off the heat.
- Add the cream, stir until completely mixed and serve as desired.
