  • Chicken breast500 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemonpepper to taste
  • Sweet paprika to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Rosemary to taste
  • Light cream1 unit(s)
  • Sicilian lemon1 unit(s)
  • Lemon zest1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  1. Season the chicken fillets with salt, half a lemon, lemonpepper, paprika, oregano and rosemary. Reserve.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the chicken fillets to grill on both sides. Let it brown.
  3. Remove the fillets from the skillet, add the cream, squeeze half a Sicilian lemon and mix well, scraping the burnt off the bottom of the pan.
  4. Return the fillets to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Turn off the heat and add the lemon zest.
