- Chicken breast500 g
- Salt to taste
- Lemonpepper to taste
- Sweet paprika to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Light cream1 unit(s)
- Sicilian lemon1 unit(s)
- Lemon zest1 teaspoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Season the chicken fillets with salt, half a lemon, lemonpepper, paprika, oregano and rosemary. Reserve.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the chicken fillets to grill on both sides. Let it brown.
- Remove the fillets from the skillet, add the cream, squeeze half a Sicilian lemon and mix well, scraping the burnt off the bottom of the pan.
- Return the fillets to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and add the lemon zest.
