- Shredded chicken breast1 kg
- Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
- Chopped whole onion1 unit(s)
- Canned cream1 unit(s)
- Can of green corn1 unit(s)
- Cup of cottage cheese1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Chili Pepper to taste
- Mozzarella cheese slices4 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce pack1 unit(s)
- Cook the chicken breast together with the garlic.
- Shred the chicken.
- In a pan, heat the oil, add the onion and let it brown.
- Put the tomato sauce, shredded chicken and let it sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, beat the cream together with the corn in the blender
- Take a baking sheet and put the cheese on it.
- Then put the sautéed chicken on top, right after, the cream of corn.
- Cover with the cheese and take it to the medium oven, for approximately 40 minutes.
