  • Color to taste
  • Cumin to taste
  • Chimichurri to taste
  • Earth Saffron to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  • Small onion1 unit(s)
  1. Cook the chicken breast, for about 20 minutes, in a pressure cooker with the seasonings (cumin, coloral, salt, chimichurri, saffron, garlic, onion). Add filtered water to cover the chicken pieces.
  2. After the chicken is cooked, shred it in a mixer. The mixer speeds up the process and leaves the meat well shredded.
  3. After the shredded chicken is warm or cold, you can add it to the other ingredients in a glass dish.
