- For the chicken - heat the pan with 2 tablespoons of oil and saute 2 cloves of macerated garlic, pepper, onion and tomato, add the chicken, season with salt and pepper and add the tomato passata - put a little water and let this sauce refine with the well refined sauce add the green corn and finish with green smell.
