Separe os utensílios e equipamentos 
(Faca,taboa, pilão ralador,potes,pratos,tabuleiro e frigideira)
-higienizar os alimentos 

Separate tools and equipment
(Knife, board, grater pestle, pots, plates, tray and frying pan)
- sanitize food

Em um recipiente, colocar água e ralar as batatas.
 Tempere com sal, pimenta, curry e noz moscada.

In a bowl, add water and grate the potatoes.
 Season with salt, pepper, curry and nutmeg.

Corte a abobrinha e a berinjela em tiras bem fina e ao comprido,reserve em um recipiente com água gelada.

Cut the zucchini and eggplant into very thin strips and lengthwise, reserve in a container with ice water.

Em uma taboa de corte, corte cada pedaço de peito ao meio,separe um pedaço de plástico filme,  o tamanho do filme para cobriu os dois lados do frango, tempere com curry.Bata com um martelo  sobre o filme, para quebrar as fibras do frango e ele ficar mais fino.

On a cutting board, cut each piece of breast in half, separate a piece of plastic film, the size of the film to cover both sides of the chicken, season with curry. chicken and it gets thinner.

Em um pilão picar e moer a salsa com casca  de limão ralado ,suco de 1 limão,azeite,sal e pimenta.

In a pestle, chop and grind the parsley with grated lemon peel, juice of 1 lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Grelhar todos os ítens,uma a um separadamente e reservar em um tabuleiro.Cada item em seu recipiente. 

Grill all items one by one separately and set aside on a tray.Each item in its container.
