  • Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Salt, oregano, black pepper and paprika to taste
  • Spices (add to taste) to taste
  • Oil or olive oil to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  1. Clean the excess fat from the thighs.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes or slices.
  3. Season the thighs and potatoes using garlic, lemon, salt, black pepper, paprika, oregano and mayonnaise to add creaminess.
  4. At this point, add more seasonings if necessary.
  5. Transfer to a roast and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until golden brown. The oven time may vary according to each oven, be careful not to burn and get dry.
  6. In the final minutes to brown if necessary, increase the temperature a little to speed up the process.
