- Juice of half a lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Mix black pepper, saffron, paprika or sweet or smoked pabrica, thyme, salt, rosemary, Edu Guedes, Bahian seasoning1 coffee spoon
- Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
- Garlic (cloves)4 unit(s)
- Potato seasoning (salt, chumichurry, smoked pabrica1 to taste
- Cut, separate the thighs, clean, make a few holes to penetrate the seasoning.
- Put the lemon in the chicken, the garlic and mix the seasoning mix mix well and set aside
- Season the potatoes with chumichurry, salt and black pepper, smoked pabrica set aside
- Take the chicken to the platter put the mayonnaise mix well, add the potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil
- Take it to the preheated oven for 1h20min at 180°, no need to put aluminum foil (go looking at the varea of each oven mine is electric)
- As soon as you see that it has browned, you can turn it off, just sprinkle chives and serve!
