  • Skinless drumsticks1 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Paprika to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Rosemary to taste
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic cloves2 unit(s)
  • Orange pear2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Corn Starch1 teaspoon
  • Lemon1/2 unit(s)
  • Bay leaf1 unit(s)
  1. Season the drumsticks with the juice of half a lemon, salt, pepper, sweet paprika and rosemary. Let the seasoning take about 20 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan and sear the thighs on both sides.
  3. Add the onion and let it cook for a few minutes. Add garlic and bay leaf. Refog and add a little water for the chicken to cook. Cover the pan and add more water as needed.
  4. After the chicken is well cooked and golden, transfer the drumsticks to a platter.
  5. In the crust that was left in the pan, add the juice of 2 oranges, the cornstarch and the orange zest. Stir until thickened.
  6. Strain the broth and pour over the drumsticks.
  7. Tip: serve with mashed potatoes. There's a very quick recipe here on my profile!
