- Boneless drumstick1 kg
- Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
- Mustard2 tablespoon
- Honey1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper1/2 teaspoon
- Seasoning for roasting chicken1 tablespoon
- Chili Seasoning1 teaspoon
- Dried fine herbs1 tablespoon
- Mix all the ingredients and spread over the thighs, put it in the fridge and let it marinate for at least an hour, covered with plastic or in a jar with a lid. Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees. Line a pan with aluminum, place the thighs skin-side up and place in the oven. Bake until the skin is golden (time depends on each oven, but it's between 30min/40min minimum).
