- Small carrots400 g

- Olive oil100 ml
- Large tomatoes4 unit(s)
- Cherry tomato300 g
- Grated Garlic2 tablespoon
- Herb Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Saffron to taste
- Sweet paprika to taste

- I cleaned the chicken well inside and out but preserved the skin, mixed all the seasonings with the juice of 3 oranges, olive oil and seasoned all the chicken with this mixture, left it marinating for 1 hour.
- On a glass platter greased with olive oil, I made a bed with the tomatoes cut into cubes, the potatoes and carrots with their skins, 2 sliced oranges, the onions in cubes on top, I placed the chicken, covered it with aluminum foil and took it to the oven at 230° for 40 minutes, I removed the chicken, turned it over and watered it with a little more olive oil and took it back to the oven for another 50 minutes. It gets super soft and juicy 😋
