- Bacon400 g
- Garlic to taste
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Seasonings to taste
- Season the thighs with the lemon and seasonings of your choice.
- Chop the garlic and bacon into cubes
- In a refractory place the seasoned thighs, and spread the chopped garlic and bacon
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for approximately 40 minutes.
- Then remove the aluminum and leave until golden.
- Serve it hot.
