- Boil the water and put it on the thighs and leave for 10 minutes.
- Throw the water away, put the chicken in a container and put the lemon juice, the crushed garlic and all the ingredients in the chicken.
- Mix everything together and leave to marinate in the fridge for half an hour or more, the longer the better because it will be more flavorful in the chicken.
- After that time, turn on the oven and let it heat for 15 minutes at 200°C.
- Meanwhile, place the chicken in the pan, with the remaining broth, pass over the pieces and place in the oven.
- Baking time varies from an hour and a half to two hours. It will depend on your oven.
- Remove when the chicken is golden.
