Mustard1 tablespoon
Mayonnaise1 tablespoon
Tomato Extract1 tablespoon
Olive oil1 tablespoon

Boil the water and put it on the thighs and leave for 10 minutes.
Throw the water away, put the chicken in a container and put the lemon juice, the crushed garlic and all the ingredients in the chicken.
Mix everything together and leave to marinate in the fridge for half an hour or more, the longer the better because it will be more flavorful in the chicken.
After that time, turn on the oven and let it heat for 15 minutes at 200°C.
Meanwhile, place the chicken in the pan, with the remaining broth, pass over the pieces and place in the oven.
Baking time varies from an hour and a half to two hours. It will depend on your oven.
Remove when the chicken is golden.
