  • Chicken drumstick1 kg
  • Squeezed Lime1 unit(s)
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Chopped Garlic1 tablespoon
  • Ground Cumin1 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika1 dessert spoon
  • Chopped fresh rosemary1 teaspoon
  • Grated fresh ginger1 coffee spoon
  • Filtered water1 cup
  1. Remove the skins and excess fat from the drumsticks.
  2. Make a marinade with all the ingredients and place the drumsticks inside.
  3. Take to the fridge to get seasoning for at least 4 hours.
  4. Place on a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven at 220ÂșC to bake for about 50 minutes or until well cooked and golden.
