  • paprika1 coffee spoon
  • crushed garlic2 unit(s)
  • olive oil1 tablespoon
  • oregano1 to taste
  • black pepper1 to taste
  • salt1 to taste
  1. To make the seasoning, mix the lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Season the thighs with salt, pepper, chicken seasoning and half of the previous mixture. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow the meat to absorb the flavors.
  3. After the indicated time, remove the meat and fry it in a frying pan with a little oil, just to brown it on all sides - this technique is called "sealing" and it guarantees a more succulent meat.
  4. Place the thighs in a refractory and add the rest of the marinade. Bake at 180ºC for 45 minutes.
  5. Finally, serve the chicken thigh in the simple oven and enjoy! We recommend serving this delight with rice.
