- Flour300 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Lemon to taste
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic to taste
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Take the whole chicken already seasoned (Approximately 2k) Marinate with olive oil and lemon the night before
- Preheat the oven (180°) After 10 minutes, add the chicken and leave for 1 hour and 30 minutes, always looking to see if it is golden.
- while he is baking Prepare the side dishes to your liking. I opted for rice, carioca beans and fried cassava
- Leave the farofa last when the chicken is almost roasted.
- For the farofa, sauté the olive oil with garlic and onion to your liking, add the flour and lastly the butter and stir until it becomes crispy
- Once the chicken is roasted remove and throw the farofa over it. Also put it inside the chicken to make it wet with the succulence of the chicken.
