  4. Leave the farofa last when the chicken is almost roasted.
  5. For the farofa, sauté the olive oil with garlic and onion to your liking, add the flour and lastly the butter and stir until it becomes crispy
  6. Once the chicken is roasted remove and throw the farofa over it. Also put it inside the chicken to make it wet with the succulence of the chicken.
