  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Sweet paprika to taste
  • Butter100 g
  • Fresh Rosemary to taste
  • Sage to taste
  • Basil to taste
  • Onion cut into petals1 unit(s)
  1. Place the chicken in a mold and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  2. Finely chop the herbs and mix with the almost melted butter.
  3. Brush the inside of the chicken with herb butter and tie the feet with a string.
  4. Brush the chicken on the outside as well.
  5. Place the chopped onion and sprigs of rosemary, sage and basil around the chicken. Brush everything with butter.
  6. Cover the tips of the wings and feet with aluminum foil to prevent burning. Take to preheated oven at 220° for 20 minutes. Lower the temperature to 200° and bake until golden brown, brushing with butter occasionally, about 1 hour.
