1 kg of thigh and drumstick 1 large chopped onion 1 clove of garlic 1/2 cup of olive oilSalt to taste 1 tablespoon of powdered chicken stock

Roast Chicken

Forre uma assadeira com papel laminado.
Disponha o frango limpo e sem pele.
Acrescente a cebola picada, tempere com o sal, o caldo de galinha e o alho.
Despeje por cima o azeite de oliva.
Cubra com papel alumínio e leve ao forno por aproximadamente 40 minutos.
Retire o papel e asse até dourar.

Line a baking sheet with foil.
Arrange the clean, skinless chicken.
Add the chopped onion, season with salt, chicken stock and garlic.
Pour the olive oil on top.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for approximately 40 minutes.
Remove the paper and bake until golden.
