- Olive oil or canola oil4 tablespoon
- Onion, finely chopped1 unit(s)
- Garlic4 unit(s)
- Saffron1/2 teaspoon
- Medium carrot1 unit(s)
- Chickpeas can be canned100 g
- Chicken in pieces Suggestion: drumstick and drumstick700 g
- Chicken broth dissolved in 400 ml of warm water1 unit(s)
- Green chives and chives to taste
- Peas and corn optional to taste
- Rice one and a half cup1 cup
- Sauté the garlic, onion, carrot, chickpeas for 5 minutes
- Add salt and turmeric to the mixture
