- In a large pan, put the oil and the garlic sauté and add the chicken. Golden well, put the pepperoni and fry a little more. Add the rice, sauté well and add water to cover well. Add the corn, adjust the salt and cook on medium. If necessary, add more water . Sprinkle parsley and chives to finish.
