  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil4 tablespoon
  • Vinegar1/2 cup
  • Shoyo1/2 cup
  • Dark beer350 ml
  • Cinnamon Stick1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Red pepper flakes.1 dessert spoon
  • Raspberry Jam200 g
  • Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
  1. Prepare the marinade. Spread the chicken on a platter and add the lemon juice, vinegar and soy sauce. Rest for at least 1 hour.
  2. In a pan, fry the garlic and onion in oil. Put the beer 1 cinnamon stick and the marinade broth. Season with salt to taste and red pepper.
  3. After boiling, put the raspberry jam and cocoa and let it cook until it thickens. Remove the cinnamon and mix in the chicken.
  4. Let it rest for 30 minutes and grill, always wetting the chicken with the end of the BBQ sauce each time the grill is turned.
