- Extra Virgin Olive Oil4 tablespoon
- Vinegar1/2 cup
- Shoyo1/2 cup
- Dark beer350 ml
- Cinnamon Stick1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Red pepper flakes.1 dessert spoon
- Raspberry Jam200 g
- Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- Prepare the marinade. Spread the chicken on a platter and add the lemon juice, vinegar and soy sauce. Rest for at least 1 hour.
- In a pan, fry the garlic and onion in oil. Put the beer 1 cinnamon stick and the marinade broth. Season with salt to taste and red pepper.
- After boiling, put the raspberry jam and cocoa and let it cook until it thickens. Remove the cinnamon and mix in the chicken.
- Let it rest for 30 minutes and grill, always wetting the chicken with the end of the BBQ sauce each time the grill is turned.
