Chicken breast cut into strips500 g
chopped onion1 unit(s)
Minced garlic4 unit(s)
Oil1 tablespoon
Ketchup2 tablespoon
Mustard2 tablespoon
Sour cream1 unit(s)
Salt1 to taste

cut the chicken breast into small squares and season with salt and set aside
Coat the bottom of a pan with oil and fry the chopped onion. When golden, add the garlic.
Add the chopped chicken breast with the garlic and onion until the chicken is golden.
Lower the heat and add the mustard and ketchup. Stir well and let it boil
Turn off, add the cream, mixing well until reaching the desired consistency and color.
Serve with rice and potato chips or pasta.
