- Garlic to taste

- I cut up a piece of chicken that was left over from Sunday lunch and roasted it in the electric roasting pan.
- I made the braised rice with margarine, garlic, onion and salt
- I cooked the pasta for 15 minutes in water and salt, then sautéed it in margarine with a little bit of onion, pepper, tomato and tomato sauce.
- I cut 1 banana lengthwise and fried it in margarine until golden
- Beans were also from Sunday lunch
- To finish, I cut 2 slices of tomato and pepper to give that color to my PF
- Dish Made for one person but can be reproduced in larger quantities for family lunch
