- Seasoned chicken fillets3 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce6 tablespoon
- Mozzarella3 unit(s)
- Basil to taste
- Cherry Tomatoes to taste
- Season the chicken fillets and leave it out of the fridge for about 20 minutes to get seasoning and lose the ice.
- Grill the fillets on a hot grill or skillet with a drizzle of olive oil.
- When golden on the bottom, turn and cover.
- When grilled, add 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce to each fillet, top with mozzarella, tomato, basil leaves and oregano to taste. Cover and leave until the cheese melts.
