Chicken breast fillet1 unit(s)
Finely chopped onion1/4 unit(s)
Garlic Clove1/2 unit(s)
Oregano to taste
Ciboulette to taste
Salt to taste

Chop the chicken, onion and garlic into very small pieces.
Incorporate your favorite seasonings.
Beat this mixture in the mixer or processor until it is homogeneous enough to shape the hamburguinho.
Shape the hamburger and in a non-stick frying pan, grill on both sides.
For pizzaiolo: after ready, still in the skillet, put tomato sauce, cheese and oregano and cover until melted.
